Windows Media To Flash Convert

  Hey guys and gals,

  Silly question for you. One of my clients stuck us with source content in final Windows Media format and we need to convert the bastard to an .swf file. Anybody know of good programs (either freeware or not) that can do this with reasonably good resolution?

  Believe me, if we could get the source in D5 or HDCam, I would, but sadly, we can't.

  I'd get that file from them in a .mov high quality and then convert it into a .flv and play it externally via a base .swf
