I hate to be a weiner-face, but I need some help. I'm making a site, and i have one layer inside it, it's only one jpeg image, but I want that layer to be centered whnever a user expands the browser window. Any ideas?

why not have a table 100% by 100% and align the jpeg center vertical & horizontal ?
or do it in CSS, ..but by the sounds of things you need a v simple way

put the image as a background of a div...
the css will look like this:
then set the width of the div, and the margins to auto:#div {
width: 500px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;}voila!
