There you go. Glad we could help

no way.. you can't use that for a design and marketing agency.. are you kidding?
doesn't matter if the client won't know Superfamous.. down the road somebody will surely comment on the resemblance (look at the Superfamous client list), and then your name is mud.
doesn't matter if it was unintentional. to sell your client that logo is totally irresponsible.
- i_monk0
What does it matter if the client doesn't think it looks familiar? Would you like your client to pick it, and then find out from customers or such that he paid you a jillion dollareenos to copy it from someone else (the way he'd see it)?

Without trying to be negative, I just think it's off the mark on many levels. I'm not saying I could do better, I'm saying I think you probably can.
The typeface you chose looks rather casual and frankly, untrustworthy. Why not give them something strong that's totally fresh and different? Something stoic? Something rigid, upon which clients can place their trust?
And if you really want good crit up in here, come up with three or four different designs and bounce them off us.

i dig it....nice font and shapes.
- Dublao70
Looks good. Do you have any other versions for us to check out or are you just looking for crits on this one?

I think its a little too close for comfort....
- kbags0
Yikes! Uncanny if unintentional...
I'd suggest going in a different direction.
- DavidFelt0
May i suggest this has got to be a piss take?

I had work on several logos but this is the one that I felt suited the business the most.
- wetterink0
the font feels choppy. there are a lot of curved letters...so i would go with something a little rounder.
Where you extend the "S" looks off. It is hard to pull that off with a curved letter.
It looks like you have seen a few things you liked in other logos and decided to put them into this one.
I like the star though.
Something about it reminds me of "TBS"
- gruntt0
way too close.
- TResudek0
The way the "S" turns into the line needs to be tightened. That little hump is no good.
The letter spacing is off - especially around the "e"s.
Try to find a more interesting way to intersect the line with the "b". A little counter or something like that.
I like what you have if you handle those little things.
Peace,
TR

yarggg. The horizontal extension makes it too blocky and unbalanced. And the star should be raised off the i.

I can see why you say this logo is a "RIP" but for one the typeface is completely of and for second the design structure of the business name on superfamous is broken down in two.
- phatlee0
Looks like your first idea which hasn't been explored. Your choice of font just doesn't feel right, and looks quite 'amatureish'. Maybe its the name thats putting me off, cos the logo is no way superb...
sorry...
- DavidFelt0
Its a rip monk, just fucking start again. What kind of company would want a logo thats a rip of a real famous designers logo, that everyone knows was done ages before.
IMO, its a pretty shite one to rip anyways!
but then again I am in a mood today
LOL

you win. i love it.
