hello there, i'm a designer & consultant with high profile clients looking for a desk space in downtown manhattan or williamsburg. (1st stop). i'd like enough space for 2 people to work comfortably and willing to pay well for the right setup. please email me if you've got any leads, thanks.

Regent has a nice one in midtown. They have suites of office spaces. contact is Lisa Rosoff 212-572-8301
Another one not as good is microoffice.us
Where's my money?

thanks guys -- if anyone knows of space within an existing firm/studio i would prefer that.

Is Regent some sort of hotel space? that sounds wack, but thanks anyway.

Our current office on 50 and Madison is moving to W.Broadway between Spring and Broome. I think there's a few open spots. I'll check on that...

I know someone who rents office space at Regent, and it's really nice. There's a secretary in the front, and everything is set up already like phone lines, internet, etc.
Serious, where's my 2 dollars?
- SNY0
Please do...thats an ideal location.

Thanks visualplane, i'll check out your lead and keep you posted.

hey regent is a bit expensive...and the "desks" are just cubicles... no room to spread out... anything with a window is too expensive and you honestly feel like you are in the movie office space there....
I know.... I was there..but we had 2 offices and a cubicle...we had the corner office...
way expensive...and honestly.... the t1 is split amongst all the tennants... it is a very slow connection... we actually paid to have a dedicated line brought in....
annoying.... anyway.... I think I even remember lisa rosoff...we were on 51st and Lex.... hot girls during the day though
here.... Debra Larsen
