FOLDERS FOR PLAYLISTS.
Finally.
I wonder when the rest of the apps (iChat, Safari, etc) will get the visual upgrade? Because the square is HOT.

Quicktime is annoying...always popping up whenever you don't need it. Not literally popping up, but the icon is hard to get rid of, even after changing settings.
The new iTunes download will keep all your present settings. It'll uninstall the older version before finishing the installation of the new one.

yes - would have been way more effective if this new look we're seeing in Mail 2.0 and now iTunes 5.0 was applied across the first release of Tiger/ 10.4.
i'm hoping with the next major 10.4 upgrade we'll see the end of brushed metal.

"Jobs also used today's event to unveil the first iTunes-compatible cell phone, the Motorola ROKR. "You've probably heard about this," Jobs said, a reference to the speculation that has run rampant prior to today's event."
