Content Update Procedure

  I have to write out a doc setting in stone the website update 'policies and procedures' for my company. Someone sent me a barely coherent email about wanting to create a page (with no content yet) that links off a page (that doesn't exist yet), and I figured that was a sign this crap needs to be written down.

  If it was up to me, I'd just write out something like "put all of your edits into one damn email, do not approve something unless everyone who needs to see it has given it the OK, and for the love of god, think before writing an email to me that you need a new page/site/form/etc built out, you jerks."

  So.
