Vancouver: Where to go...?

  My better half and I are off to Vancouver in 4 weeks, and would like some heads up on cool bars and restaurants to go eat whilst there for a week. So any suggestions?

  Also, if you know about Tofino over on Vancouver Island and have any suggestions for there they will be greatly received.
