quicktime tags?

  I am trying to create a self-contained Quicktime video which has a link to an external web page - the closest I've got is this link below...

  but can't seem to get video in there as flash only supports version5 and below for QT export and on top of that, I can only get links to work in Firefox (it locks out in IE) --- any clues?
