I just tried in vain to see one sample of work and after clicking through a few long scrolling pages and popups actually saw something I think, unfortunately they were about 100x 100px images of websites.
why is the client lounge part of the portfolio? Totally confusing. Annd go easy on the popups, I had like five windows open after clicking around.
i think you need to choose 15 - 20 stellar projects and start over.

I think it doesnt look like a professional firm. I think it makes it look like the walmart of design firms. (Get this package deal only 199.95 today only! kinda feel)
It doesnt look like it would be a place id ever want to work.

i like the image/animation up top.
the anim logo kills it though.
i don't much care for the icons below the navigation, i think the page can do without them.
the font on the bottom is destroyed. looks really bad.
the page is a bit bland being all blue, looks a little dark. dry making the background on the sides white and see if that pulls a bit of the brightness back in.
i like the color scheme on your inside pages better. much lighter and works way better.
nice start.

the large black space at the bottom of the pages which reveals google tags or whatever seems unnecessary and awkward.

have your boss tested for drug abuse. he seems to like the goofballs and malt liquor...

Ya the boss man said to have the flash animation with the slideshow jump to the very end to see the marketing message since its important that every knows the cliche "difference" and "advantage" that the company has.

I once worked at a small company (like 5 people) that specifically wanted to put tons and tons of content on the website to make them look bigger than they were. . .
How large is this company?

I didn't spend much time looking around, but is strikes me as akward that the portfolio is an entire different mini-site.
i also ran into the menu problems using safari.
What do trees and a picturesque pond have to do with better marketing materials?

-i'd lose the pop up window
- the mechanical gear theme of the logo seems to contradict the "I like moonlit walks in the park" theme of the top movie

It's all just very dated, from the monotone blue colour scheme to the animated logo to the iconography. The type is sloppy and the user overall has too much to look at.
I must admit, I like the reflection on the rippling water!
