face the facts they did not steal. they were inspired.
if you want I can spend a few days finding all the artists you have ripped off with your work.

I got the box set a few years back too, actually.
Has anyone heard the "squeeky drum pedal" that's ingrained in rock history lore?
It's apparent on the rain song, I believe, and when the levee breaks. I think they edited it out on the remastered versions?

nevermind.
im going to be nice.

'In My Time of Dying'
the two guitar solos are fucking genius. Love that slide into the dirty guitar...
It wasn't a Bob Dylan original either. First bloke to play this was Blind Willie Johnson.

Over the weekend I dug up that Page and The Black Crowes at the Greek. Anyone else like that one?

Ooh. Tough one really. I often will go through the entire catalog if I just need continuous listening pleasure as the music is incredibly consistent and pretty much every song to me strikes a cord, physically and mentally.
Physical Graffiti is my favorite album.
'Over the hills and far away' is my favorite song, I get chills everytime I hear the break.
so much... so much... so much... DA DA DA!!!! many times i loved many times been bitten...
Others:
In my time of dying
Houses of the holy
Out on the tiles
Going to california
Dancing days

Totally lucky.
He's tall, too. Over six feet. And looks fucking great. And nice. People were swarming him and he just took it in stride. No rockstar ego. Though I'm sure it's there.

"When The Levee Breaks"
If it keeps on rainin', levee's goin' to break, [X2]
When The Levee Breaks I'll have no place to stay.Mean old levee taught me to weep and moan, [X2]
Got what it takes to make a mountain man leave his home,
Oh, well, oh, well, oh, well.Don't it make you feel bad
When you're tryin' to find your way home,
You don't know which way to go?
If you're goin' down South
They go no work to do,
If you don't know about Chicago.Cryin' won't help you, prayin' won't do you no good,
Now, cryin' won't help you, prayin' won't do you no good,
When the levee breaks, mama, you got to move. All last night sat on the levee and moaned, [X2]
Thinkin' about me baby and my happy home.
Going, going to Chicago... Going to Chicago... Sorry but I can't take you...
Going down... going down now... going down....

Face the facts.
If you call ripping a song off word for word inspired then fine. i call it stealing.
example.
One of many favorites among zep fans.
