I just installed the osx update last night on my pbook. all was okay. Brought it into work today and when opening indesign docs of the server, it comes up with a network error and creates a locked alias of the doc and then comes up with some more warning dialogue boxes and crashes indesign??! wtf?
anyone know of a fix?

not a solution, but i was always told never to work directly of a server. have you copied down from the server and worked it?

it works fine if i copy it to the desktop. All other doc tyoes work fine too, its just indesign. Everyone works off the server. Its the safest way. It all gets backed up every night. everything can be accessed by everyone at all times. not version problems. working off the desktop in this environment sucks
