that site is whack, i agree, but i've heard things about this, there's small leaks on this information on major news media.
you'd expect that if this were true, they'd keep this away from mainstream media, it's frightening. i mean, everyone in the us 'feels' it's just a matter of time before another major attack, how can Al Queda out-do themselves this time?

well, i can not make any assumptions or statements, but i can say this.
at my last job two of the men there had previously worked at northrop grumming. (sp?). one of the projects they worked on was a system that tracked any radioactive substances used to make a bomb. ie plutonium or uranium. the system was installed in a satellite and orbits the united states.
the first time they turned the system on the board (in the control room) lit up like a christmas tree. turns out it was so perfect that it was reading x-ray radiation from hospitals and such.
anyways. if nuclear weapons were smuggled into the us they would be stopped well before the border.
case in point a few years back (they were telling me) a cargo ship was stopped 200 miles from shore because it gave off a strong reading. turns out it was shipping ceramic tiles that were still setting on the ship and it was giving off a radiation like signal.
what i'm trying to say is i don't think they would be able to smuggle anything in, and i hope to gosh the dudes telling me this are right.

King Herod would never have stood for this nonsense..

I think you're obsessed with the end of the world.

it's bullshit. that exact same story surfaced right after 9/11.

i have a suitcase that reeks of urine.
oh, the article said URANIUM.
phew!

If that happened do you think the U.S. would send all 40,000 nukes (so I hear) all to the Middle East? Or do you think they'd send over only 20,000 and keep the other 20,000 to keep the other mad fucks in check?

i'm not obsessed w/ the end of the world, we get complacent and we think everything's back to normal until some crazy shit goes down again, and then everybody's like, 'why didn't we see this coming? how could this happen?'
and when people report these things, like, 'there might be something happening here' people start looking at those people as crazy, it's like we can't have open dialogue about this stuff.
you think this 'war' is over? you don't think more shit isn't going to happen, you're kidding yourself. i mean, the frustrating part is that we can't do anything about it.

Yes we can sauerbraten. We have the Justice League.

some friends and I were having a similar discussion the other day. Mexico has been our weakest area for decades and if anything has come in, its from there.
- scarabin0
it sure is great that los angeles is right next to mexico.
i feel so safe here in my major metropolitan area.

We get man handled at the airport and yet our borders are wide open. I don't get it.
I for one say we need to build a giant wall. Hell, China has one and Israel too. Why can't we?
- sauerbraten0
God knows how we'd retaliate, people thought we reacted brash after 911, I don't want think about what we'd do if they set nukes off.
Justice League is a great idea, anybody got their mobile #?
- mg330
You could call this bogus...
But then again who would have ever imagined Sept 11 prior to it happening?
We live in a world where anything is possible, and large number of people who oppose the US would love to see this happen. I don't mean to be a pessimist, but we just never know.

paranoia...it's the new black.
