What is the best way to control a video flash presentation-make the whole thing a video so then I can use regular video controls for the whole thing or link or embed the video in flash and create an swf? The last way seems harder to control like stop forward and there may be loading issues? Can a linked video be controlled as easy as an embedded one? sorry so many q! any help is appreciated!

I usually create separate swfs for movies with video in them. Then I load the external swfs into a movie clip contained in my "controller" main swf that contains the video controls, chapter controls, and most of my routines.
