what are you folks reading at the moment, I am looking for a new book and amazons recommendations have failed me because they seem to suggest stuff I've already bought from them.
I would prefer a non fiction book but not an autobiog or politics but I like a good bit of fiction.
I certainly don't want a geek book about design or anything creative!
What are you all reading?

"The new sociology of economic behaviour" - http://www.libreriauniversitaria…
"Crimes Against Humanity: the struggle for global justice" - second edition - http://www.amazon.com/exec/obido…
"Trauma and the Memory of Politics" - http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obi…
but i'm not sure if anyone else would be into these.

kavalier and clay is a must if you've not read it already.
if you have, and you like it, then you should check out motherless brooklyn and fortress of solitude.
have you read those, skt? right up your street, methinks.

"Rags to Richie" by Shane Richie. I know it's an autobiography, but it's the first book I've read since I finished "The Enormous Crocodile" and I just think he's such an example to us all, you know...
peace out

i just finished "Touching From a Distance", Debera Curtis' book on her relationship with Ian from Joy Division, it's good, but not brilliant. a Good insight.
Last fiction i read was Chuck Palahnuik's "Diary", not his finest, that'll be "Survivor", my fav book so far.
I read Chris Clevenger's "The Contourtionist's Handbook" a while back. That's a good story of social profiling and getting away with it.
I wanna read more, gimme some suggestions kids.
