I've already said it is unethical, and I won't do it... but what else can I do?

At least you can skip the "oh no make it more blue, make it less blue, make it sparkle, make it bigger, have a unicorn fly in with the menu buttons, change the background music".
You have everythign served on a plate. Do it! Do eeet!
Then jump on a direct flight to Tahiti.

do it for a pretty penny and have them sign a document stating they take full risk and fault if they get sued, and will pay for any legal fee you may get charged for clearing your name.
then design it as a good rip and send the link the next day to the company you stole from.
that'll teach em.

The word on the streets is that in the near future there will be internet cops or something..
basicly when one rips a webbie.. a big ass signal will be send to the internet headquarters.
and they will hunt you down with their virtual jetskis.
