Be polite but yourself, dont worry too much if poss, talk thru and show your work well (explain who the client was, what the brief was, your role in the project and how sucessful the final outcome was) listen to feedback/chat.. just be yourself.
(unless your a psycho)Remember that no matter how good your work, you will/should only get hired if they think you will fit in well with the rest of the team (and that doesnt mean being exactly like them, its good to have a mix) so be yourself and present the work you like to do and the stuff that will show you off to the best of your abilities - which also hopefully answers their requirements set out in the job ad.
oh and leave them a CV/Good Reference (if youve got one) again at the end just in case

try and relax, the more nervous and awkward you appear, the more nervous and awkward your interviewer will be. and for God's sake smile! don't grin like a pscyho, but smile like you're happy to be there

try to show that you know and like what they're doing. ask questions about how they work.
