It's pretty simple and nice. And like Nic said, it would be cool to have 'forward' and 'back' buttons.

you can click the image to move forward also!.. but should I put a text blurb about it.. I like to keep it really open... if they feel like clicking great.. otherwise there is the nav.

this is more or less so my bro can guage himself.. he has a job here.. but wants to work elsewhere.. however he has to make a decision in a week.
I really wish that tool would have come forward about this last month or so. He is going to email blast a bunch of firms that have posted on AIGA's job section.
