Anyone know of a resource where it shows the health RISKS associated with exposure to MRI?
Seems kinda hard to find.
I have to get one and I'm kinda worried, cos I just had dental x-rays a few months back.
Any help appreciated. Thanks

Soler is right to be worried -
Over 10,000 people in the united states alone underwent an MRI in 2004.
Among them were Michael Jackson, Liza Minelli and George Bush.
MRI's were invented in Pakistan, of all places, in the year 1978.
People who lived, and died, before that time include Leonardo De Vinci, Ghandi, Oscar Wilde, William 'the Bard' Shakespeare, John Ford, Winston Churchhill, Gallileo and Jesus.
It's time these facts were brought to light.

don't do it if you've had any metal shavings stuck in your eye, or elsewhere.

also, if you are actually made of metal, don't do it.

Thx for the concern Nic, I am having a scan of my head done due to complication with my TMJ. My jaw won't open all the way and they want to be sure I haven't fractured or destroyed the disc in my jaw joint.
Thanks everyone.... Those links are helpful. It looks like as long as I don't have any heart pumps or foreign metal in my system I'll be alright.
I guess I thought it was more like an x-ray, but it is actually less harmful with no radiation.
