we get customers asking us for photos "at 300dpi" but with no pixel size or print size mentioned....utterly meaningless.....

They don't understand file size, pixel vs vector, nothing. I wanna knock their fuckin' heads together.
Today I asked this woman how long she's been working here, when I clearly know she's been here 4 years. I'm sure I'll be receiving a phone call soon.

we asked a few clients to send us 500 x 500 pixels at least images for the web.
9 out of the 10 fuckers sent us 500dpi images. blew ta shit out email server. morons. we had a few gigs of images recieved and photoshop just about choked on it when we did start to open them.
i feel you. i really do. it's either one or the other. too high res or too low of a res.

how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
the world may never know.

if they did know we would have world peace by now im guessing

have you resorted to the "what size is the file" question?
10kb... it's not high res. That will bite you in the ass though because they will then think they can judge soley by file size.

the same ignorance that catipulted them into "people managment" also serves as their daily lifeblood

Project Managers/traffic, account executives AND the client still don't know the fucking difference between high and low res imagery?!?! I admit, I don't know how to do their jobs, but is there NO learning process!? They do this daily! F*CK!!!
