excellent work - but one of the most tedious - attempting to be funny presentations i have ever seen.
can't they get good designers who also prepare for their lectures?

About half way through the lecture there is a piece they talk about that had me cracking up. It was for a gallery and the concept is including a fictional story in to the presentation of the information.

I found them to be a bit more fun to watch then Masamichi Udagawa and Sigi Moeslinger.

i agree antenna was pretty thin too... and yeah there were parts of the presentation when their script started to break down that were entertaining - the q & a at the end was the best part, where they were actually being themselves and answering questions off the cuff.
that said - i think it is safe to say that most leading designers/firms would present better than these guys or antenna - and one wonders why the walker continues to have really shitty presenters when there are so many well spoken designgers/firm out there in the world?

i thought it was funny. perhaps its Dutch humour.
Good lecture btw.

good resource indeed. will try to watch it when i've time for it.

Does anyone know of any similar resources out there? I would assume these lectures are happening all over the place. Therefore I would also assume the chances of stumbling across more videos online shouldn’t be that bad.
I know many of you are aware of the Designer Series at http://www.hillmancurtis.com/hc_…

dublao, i think QBN is intending to build a similar archive of conferences, or broadcast live conferences that relate to QBN's interest under the name of 'QBN Live'.

btw. the part about the Alfa Romea ad describing the architects ego is quite funny.

I thought the Alfa Romea part was funny too. I hope QBN will see these plans through. Could be a major source of inspiration.

i agree. i can't wait to be honest. i was hoping to see a broadcast of Folkert (and others) @ Visuelt for instance..
