Ok I know I'm asking for the timeline but I just got around to syncing the Wizard of Oz to Pink Floyds Dark side of the Moon last night.
Maybe I wasn't in the right state of mind ( no druqs only a few pints of ESBs) but I just didn't get it. It wasn't as similar as everyone said.

I did it on a 14' Screen with rear projection and a large soundsystem. It was tight. I can see how it wasn't what you expected. What I liked about it was the way the songs simply fit the scenes well and the scene transitions matched with the song transitions. It's just a mood thing.

Exactly, I even found a newspaper clipping from '97 in my Dark Side CD. I've always wanted to do it but my Netflicks cue finally delivered Wizard of Oz.
I think the CD would have synced up just the same with HBO's version of Oz.

well as long as you're high and you can sync it, go for it

If you can get high enough: Enter the 36 Chambers will sync up perfectly with Gosford Park.

omg there is a scene where in the background there is a guy hung from a tree and if you zoom in he has a gmail t-shirt and mini ipod

did you start dark side at the third roar of the lion?...i think that is when it's supposed to start for the sync to work

yes I did and was still not impressed. I don't know why but I thought it was going to be as exciting as watching The Wall or seeing David Gilmore as the fat lion.
