I'm out to watch this on Friday in Leicester Sq as a guy's night out. If you like slow-motion flying elbow strikes to the head, then I would seriously advise you to watch this movie on the big screen.
No special effects wire work was used in the production and I hope they show all the Jackie Chan style prep work for the stunts like on the DVD.
This is by far the best Muay Thai/Kickboxing movie made so far, Tony Jaa makes John-Claude Van Damme look like a wimp.

No wire effects?? I find that difficult to believe.

when you see the dude jump through a hoop of barbed wire the size of a garbage can lid you
ll believe it all..

I've seen it. The movie kicks ass. Especially the double knee drop through the floor move. Fuck yeah!
Maybe no wires for the jumping through, over, under scenes, but I'm pretty sure there were wires involved in the fight sequences.

yeah - I saw this on the plane going to Tokyo back in January. It's hot. One of the best true martial art flicks I have seen since..well since Bruce died. That good.
It's not Kung Fu, so don't expect the current art house kung fu stuff as cool as that is...
