Map Network Drive?

  So if I can mount our remote Mac drive on my local Mac desktop with Apple File Sharing using:
  'afp://workgroup.oursite.com' ...

  and the remote Mac has Windows Sharing switched on as well...

  whats the *exact* URL to enter in Windows IE 'Tools' > 'Map Network Drive' to add it to the Windows Explorer folder tree?

  Is it just '\workgroup.oursite.com\' ?
  (with double slash at start)
