has anyone here ever seen a ghost or a ufo?

I think some were following me about in Europe. I got those special "ghost dots" in some pictures.
"Ghosts" are likely to be electromagnetic waves that film DOES pick up. It looked like a shield. Scary.
But SEEN one? Hmmm. I think I've experienced one. I was all alone in my room & either my nerves had some funky crap going on or a ghost-type thing brushed the back of my arm.
Nothing was within distance of my arm & there sure as hell weren't any spidies nearby. But feeling that soft scratch/brushing was pretty freaky.
And then there's "sleep paralysis" or "night paralysis." FREAKY. You'll wake up in the middle of the night able to open your eyes, and you KNOW you're awake, but your limbs absolutely do not move. You can try all you want, but all you do is lie there, not even really able to move your eyes.. just stare straight. This happened to me only once, I'm glad. Other people that experience it see demons & stuff, but I didn't.

I experienced "sleep paralysis" a couple of times when I was younger, never seen anything supernatural

Years ago my younger brother awoke to see our deseased grandfather at the end of his bed. He was scared as it used to be his room before he passed on.
Anyway my brother looked outside and covered the view with the curtain and once his eyes had adjusted and he knew he wasn't sleeping he looked back to find him still there.
My older brother also claims to have seen him in that room as it was his years earlier.

I've woken up, and conciously realized I was awake, only to see my body lying in bed from a distance. weeeeird that. Couldn't move or anything, but it only lasted a couple seconds.
Beyond that, nothing. I have plenty of dreams about UFO's though.

our studio is in a old building and supposedly haunted. We've had directors sprogs seeing strange old women in the back of the building, internal calls coming from locked rooms and furniture moved about at night. Most of the staff are convinced, I don't know though I think people are getting carried away...

ive definately had "sleep paralysis"
my Brothers best friend just last month had the most freaky occurences in his flat, (he has sinced moved out 2 weeks ago) because he was so freaked out by it
he woke up to his speakers moving/jumping by themselves and a scratching hissing sound, his other flatmates had experienced some other crazy things at night also, one of the guys ran from the flat at 3am in the morning because he was so scared of what was going on.
After he had moved out, his auntie called him out of the blue (who lives on another island completely), and asked him if he had any problems in his flat, he said 'hell yes' , and she continued to tell him that she been contacted by the deceased ex-owners of this house who were murdered over 80 years ago, and that they wanted him to take down a wall he had put up in room! thats why they were disturbed
freaky, and true story, no shit

UFO's...pah! Funny how the UFO's in pictures become more advanced as we do. In the 60's they looked like flying hubcaps, in the 90's like something from Spielberg's Close Encounters.
Doesn't take a genius to work out where these "UFO's" are coming from. Your imagination.
Flying witches. Fairies. Lochness. UFO. Ghosts...Show me ONE piece of hard evidence for something supposedly ever present. You can't? Oh, wait, could that possibly be because it all in your head?
People "see" things. LSD makes you see things. High temperature make you see things. Fear makes you see things. Mental illness makes you see things.

this is a great thread to read while laying in bed. I've ended up finding a few different websites to read about sleep disorders but this one is really intresting to read and has all the stages of sleep
http://www.nightterrors.org/i had a girlfriend a few years back that had night terrors - i got pissed at her once bc i thought she was ignoring me, but then she laid back down and went to sleep - so strange.
sometimes i have a bit of insomnia/sleep apnea (great just to fucking help i heard what sounded like a goddamned gun shot outside my window...huntington beach WHY) sometimes sleep apnea is so bad i just get frustrated and stay awake so as not to have to deal with it - my girlfriend said i made 3 minutes worth of a high pitch choke noise then jerked violently and kicked her.
BUT on the subject of this post:
at my grandma's house growing up her mother lived there the last few years of her life and died there as well - i remember being afraid of her when i was little, she was afraid of me too - after she died when i was about 5 i would often feel like i was being followed down the hall - i never ran i was always just aware - and always turned to look. years later i told my grandma this and she said she felt the same thing.
sleepsweet nana, lots not be afraid of each other tonight and protect me from another gun shot or whatever that was.
christ i want another drink.

I don't think I believe in any of that stuff. But I did have a very strange experience at my parent's house one of the last times I visited.
I was sleeping & awoke to a strange pressure on the bed by my body. I sat up & saw a boy sitting by the headboard. I talked to him for a minute, although I don't remember our conversation. And then there was a man standing behind him, whose face I couldn't see.
Anyway, it may have been a dream - but all the signals in my brain tell me it was real. Sure felt real at the time.

i believe in voodoo and santeria black magic, but that's only because some supernatural force once tried to use me for a virgin sacrifice.
