Anyone here seen the wayfinding and signage at the new terminal in Perason Intl airport in Toronto?
I haven't had a chance to check it out, was expecting something super nice seeing as it was done by Pentagram and Entro, but my Aunt who at the airport was saying it was horrible and they have to spend money to fix it it was so bad. Non stop questions etc of where to go and confusing arrows etc.
Was just wondering if anyone here had seen it and what their thoughts were?

Was it functional though, its a whole different ball game when you are actually using it as opposed to going to look at the signage.
From what I have heard from my Aunt its just nice looking, not functional inside. They have had to hire ppl to aid flyers in navigating the place.

No it wasn't Bruce Mau.
Entro from Toronto teamed up with Pentagram NY to do it.
