i believe most all type used by apple is custom.
i could be wrong but i feel like i read that somewhere.

I think they ue a special version of Myriad Pro called Myriad Apple, and primarily the Semibold version.
Lucida Grande is only used in Mac OS X and on their web pages for text, I believe..not ads.
