is it possible to get intership without any know-how except for dreamweaver and basic photoshop.

Depends on how good your qualities are.. software is just a tool, it's all about ideas/concepts. Without it, you're lost.
Or you want to become an Artworker...
You should try and write some companies. Without trying, you don't know if the answer is yes. You always have NO if you don't try for an answer.

I can't draw, (from memory) but I can copy everything basicly and that without any know-how or practice, I don't own a portfolio, (since I have no idea what they look for) and how do I get my ideas and concepts out?

yes in the company I work with if anyone I mean anyone calls or sends in a CV we give them a chance we get them in and show them round and normally they get a week or so working with us. It is great for us and brilliant for them. If they are talented or passionate then they stay longer.

CV being? (sorry I ask dumb questions)
Any great locations in europe we I could learn a lot, and move too.
Well, put yourself in my shoes, I wordly and speak 3 languages but because of that I live in my own dimension, can't remember jack shit for math from highschool, and have no job or money at the moment. What would you guys do if you guys loved graphic design and wiched to get an internship somewhere. Shit I move in with somebody if I had too, but I don't know anybody.

try not to say what you just said lesk and you will sound a bit more appealing.

You don't need to draw from memory if you DON'T want to become a visualizer or illustrator. It's just being handy for yourself....
But what do you mean by copying? Finding the elements to transform the seperate pieces into one design?
Companies often want to see work to judge your skills and know-how. I think it's more important for you to make some personal work, as people want to see proof what you say you can do.
Everybody can say, I make sites like "2Advanced", design like "Build" etc. But without visual proof as evidence you will get much further.
References, skills and ideas. Ideas can come up from anywhere...

appealing to whom.. people fear in thier base when they see me. its like im either from hell or devine.
- Lesk0
by copying i mean I can draw just about everthing I see, I just need practice with angles and what not, to make it offical.

i think if you're "hell or divine" then take your drawings, any that you have a nd put them together in to a portfolio. do it in the best way possible you know how. there's better and worse ways to make a portfolio, but there's no right or wrong way to do it... personally i copied bruce mau's portfolio.
CV = Curriculim Vitae a.k.a. resumé
- if you're as good as you make yourself out to be... don't do work for free as an intern. get paid. sell your skills homie.

if you are just coming out or school, go back and get an advisor to find you an internaship. They should help you find something.
