what kind of company is it?

I think you should get a little more stylistic with the illustration. Right now it looks too much like clipart.

exactly. it definitely looks like a clipart. but it's not horrible either.

agrre with Brooke, it looks like clipart with type beneath it.
You need to focus on merging the 2 elements.

snaz it up.
Make iT PoP!
Think outSide the Box.
a little more ZING...
can you make it jump off the page?
rotate it in flash?
little sexier?really though, lose some detail and you are at a decent starting point. you may also want to play with a less literal mark, and present a more conceptual idea...

oh and the kerned out c a s a sucks, play with the type alot more...

What does the company do?

casa rodante = rolling house
The company sells, or rents, mobile homes.

Agree with Jpolk perhaps looka t a second, more conceptual route.
Simplify the caravan and give it some contrast maybe.

Column 2, second from bottom.
That one is most easily transferable across all colors.Toss a fauxhawk onto it's top and you're in business.
I think the lines in the left ones look a little jumbled.
