i dont necessarily like them but
i loathe the yankees

There you go Yankees fans. $200 million will get you exactly two more games than the red sox.
I wonder what a bunch of washed up has-beens Steinbrenner will assemble next year. I'm sure Damon will be in there, the next Bernie.

i'm hoping houston takes it now, but i bet it's st louis' year

GO STEELERS!
sorry.
- GreedoLives0
Go White Sox!
Those boys deserve it all.

dear carlos. so sorry to hear about game five. 226 million doesn't get you what it used to, does it? when jeter got on in the 9th (is there a more clutch player?) there was a ray of hope, but then a-rod really came through, huh? mvp? that's hilarious. when has he delievered when it counted? by the way, what did he bat this series?
i mean, you'd think with a third of the roster on the clear this wouldn't be an issue.
- kingjulien0
btw, has there ever been a team with a better collection of gerrycurls than the Angels?

Giambi is the greatest living defensive first basemen of our time. Those two throws home (one tonite) were my fav yankee hilights.

also didn't use steroids
- GreedoLives0
wait giambi bungled those.
that was sarcasm, gentlemen.
- GreedoLives0
also, colon is out for the angels; the white sox would reeeeeeaaallly have to fuck up to lose this series.
Go Sox!
- peteski0
yeah, I think the white sox will sweep - but rooting for the LAAoA.
the fun's in the NL. another 7 game series (ala 2004). But no one will care, again.
Sox take it all in the end.

Don't be too sure White Sox fans. If them LAA bats get hot they could easily beat on you. Plus, yhey have WS Championship experience, no substitute and you haven't been to the playoffs since what 1992 and you didn't win a game.
Much different ballgame, no pun intended, when pressure is involved.
Although, out of all those teams I'm rooting for the WSox
