IE not opening PDF

have them uninstall that horrible microsoft journal viewer app.
it conflicts with reader.
also, be advised that if you create pdf's in adobe cs, they will not work properly in older acrobat plugins.
we have that issue all the time. our in-house graphic designer makes pdf's using adobe cs....all the sales staff running acrobat 6.x plugins crash.
i have to update each client with the latest plugin before they work.

is IE set as the default browser? could be tring to open firefox

i always have problems with PDF`s, crash firefox or dont open at all in IE

no prob. just my experiences. i get tired of hearing from each of the 50 sales associates how they can't open the fucking media-kit.
i hate sales associates. i believe they are actually the problem and the hardware and software works fine.

what are you using to develop your CD? Director/FLash?

Arrgy. I dont think the client will go for that. It has to be IE.

Im using flash but thats not really the problem. it works fine on my machine and most others. Unfortunately it doenst work on the clients testing machines. (which are all new dells).
We cant even throw a PDF in a IE window.
