i thought green goblin's son was going to be the bad guy since he went all insane in the end of spider man 2.

No Venom was the space pilot in the the last movie. My money is on either the 'Scorpion' or 'Sandman', but they could bring in 'Dr. Doom' or possibly 'Juggernaut' with computers

Theyll incorporate venom and eventually hobgoblin... the seeds are already planted.

it will probably be an all-star cast. Green Goblin is in as Harry gets evil and then they offset the story with Venom and that new guy, possibly as Sandman or Scorpion. That's my guess.
