- Gorbie0
bahhh...
the market may taper off a bit, but it ain't gonna crash.
- taragee0
where i live its not liek the prices r gonna get more reasonable pr something and u can always refinance...
what is a labrodoodle?
- Woolhouse0
The market is going to crash and interst rates will rise.
It's a simple ten year cycle man.
Proven, etched in stone, done.

labradoodle is the newest dog craze sweeping the nation... a cross between labrador retriever and poodle.
woolhouse... i'm curious why you'd want to wait for interest rates to go through the roof before buying?
- Woolhouse0
It's simple, Interest rates will dicatate a several years of an economic season while the graduated price is a constant.
At this point if you've bought a place where I live in Boston with in the last year, on average you've bought outside of the market interest average.
Of course this average is not placent across the board within the US.
