i know :)
but i tell you, there is a only few things i enjoy more than a good amarone redwine with some good old bluecheese to go with it..
- zedvox0
i might have to go to the store and get some cheese!
i have a bottle waiting to be cracked and desing to be done.....its gonna be a long one fellas.

the thing that makes the amarone wine special is the way they make it..
they dry the grapes up before pressing out the wine of them, so you don't even get 1/4th the amount of what you would with fresh grapes, but the taste is 4 times better
but i'm warning you, once you cross the line to amarone wine, there is no way back.
*starts looking for a bottle
