It seems Norton Internet Security, on end users machines, is starting to cause many of our sites managed through our CMS not to display.
I swear it is mucking with the Javascript.
Any ideas, short of getting the world to stop using NIS?

i'll say it again. norton sucks. every norton utility is buggy and troublesome.
disable it.
buy/build a real firewall. use a better av client (mcafee, clamav, etc). and, practice good security policy enforcement.

I wouldn't use NIS if I were paid. But I'm getting responses from the feild that entire sites are coming up 404. And the only commonality is NIS. The page seems to load fine until it hits a very simple JS then 404.'s

I have a client that uses a CMS for the sites they build. I had to uninstall XP SP2 to even get the login screen.
