Could I get some feed back on this template please? Right now it's just a single page and all the links are dead.

side note: css rules!

I like it, clean.
I'd use a class for your overview links instead of repeating the ID though.
- ian000
thanks MX. i never have really figured out when it is better to ids over classes. Any pointers?
- welded0
Agreed. IDs are meant to be unique.

Sorry, I'm too idle to come out with it all again ;)

fucking clean that - nice job
- ian000
all the overview ids will eventuallt be their own sections 9ie overview, archives, mission, etc). so i guess, i'll stick to ids?
- ian000
cheers jevad.

if they all look the same and behave the same go with a class, otherwise IDs....
Also remember you can have an ID AND a class....
- ian000
true dat MX. Thanks

Ya, generally your header, footer, content, menu, or other primary or unique sections would be definded by unique IDs where as, say, the links in the menu or paragraphs in the content would be defined by classes since they're bound to be repeated.

i dont like the bevel/gradient on your nav.. i would change that to a solid background color change on hover.. other than that its all pretty tight! well done.

what i do is use id's for position / layout and classes for text formatting...not a necessary step but helps keep things more organized...
site looks great btw

I agree about the roll overrs, and the stroke around the logo is a little dirty.
- spiralstarez0
like it.
This may be just more personal opinion, but maybe a different colour for the Headers than the body text? Makes it stand out more I think if people are just scanning for the info they want.
Examples are many, but...

I have bumped this thread cause I have much respect for this site. I suppose it's because I have just started reading & learning CSS and this shows the potential.
It's weird cause I am really starting to understand how this was put together and it is so clean and well thought out.
CSS does rule and I hope the sites that I do in the future look (code-wise) similar to this.
Thumbs up ian00
