because of our moderate weather year round... many southern california apts. dont have central heat or air. well -- today im working from home and it's seriously like 90 degrees in my house and 81 degrees outside in santa monica.

Cold and clear.
First actual cold weather here this year. It was like 76 during Christmas.

it's 26 today, but up till yesterday we were in a deep freeze at about -20.
(yes, minus 20)
(oh, and tack on a wind chill, making it -30 or so)
(give or take)
(when it's that cold, it doesn't matter a few degrees)
