Anybody have issues with Flash MX 2004 being particularly slow and unresponsive? Is it just a Mac thing or something I'm missing in the prefs?

Whenever asking the question, specify the authoring environment or the flash player.
Everyone answered the flash player question. If you are talking about the program, make sure you only have the movie explorer open if you need it, or otherwise it has to update every item in your .fla everytime you do anything.

Thanks Cy. I was referring to the actual application itself. It doesn't seem to act in real-time and it severely frustrating to use. I was triyng to gauge if others have similar problems. I will watch out the Movie Explorer thing.

besureto upgrade to 7.2(free upgrade) at MM's site. it's a ton better/faster/more stable.
