Which web stat software do you use? I am looking for a relaible server-side web traffic analyizer (no page-based crap) that will work in the following environment:
IIS Windows Server 2003
Sybase EA ServerWe just punted our preveious software as it is incompatible with Win Server 2003 and not getting any tech support.
other than that its fair game.
Yes, I already went through the archive and found Reinvigorate, and Stat-counter.

Sorry, its gonna be hard to find FREE stats tracking under IIS. Lots of love for PHP users, but sadly not much for IIS unless you like banners all over your site.
out.

No need for freeware, as these are paid clients. No changing our production environ, either....I'm taking a hard look at Urchin..it sounds like they are doing the stat tracking for the mars rover site...120GB log files per day... sick...
Thanks though.

Take a look at Urchin
http://www.urchin.com/You'll have to see if it meets your specs, but I bet it does because our firm's site runs with a host that is using Win server 2003, in fact recently upgraded to that.
I know that Urchin is expensive on it's own. Lucky for us the host has it included.
It's pretty nice, I haven't really delved deep into it, but will be soon because of some major changes I've made to our site.

Thanks for the input. As we have an ISP component to the business, it makes sense for us to invest in something like Urchin. I was curious to see if anyone had used it before or if there were any viable competitors.
cheers.

Urchin is packed full of stuff. I have not even scratched the surface yet. We were possibly bringing our site in house and running a server here, and we would not have bought it.
But since we're staying with our web host, I will probably learn more about it pretty soon.

I need an analysis software for the company I work for. Does anyone recommend WebTrends or any other related software?

Try this. It's free under the GNU license and reads IIS logs.
http://www.awstats.org/The demo looks really comprehensive too.

live stats, it's pretty robust, but still easy to use.
