What's a rate card?

A developer asked me for this with my client list. I have no idea what it is.

it's a card with your hourly rates on it

it's usually associated with a publication or larger company though where all 'rates' are listed which will show you cost per hour, job costs (instead of an hourly rate) and any deals or packages you may have (things like coprorate id would include bus cards, letterhead and with comps but not an entire website).
it makes sure some nimrod client doesn't get surprised when they pay for a corpoarte id and 'gosh' don't get their 42 company buses resprayed as part of the huge $1500 fee...
