This happened to me with some cd's i ordered from the states. I spent £128 on some that i couldn't get hold of from the uk. I had used the company before and got everything, this time i got nothing but a big loss of money. I told watchdog and my bank.
My bank ended up finding out about the company from my credit card. I got my money back in the end so really just tell your bank in writing about the problem and contact a uk watchdog, the company will be the loser in the end.

Regarding a dispute you are apparently having over REF Number: 153969...It has come to my attention that you question your customers’ abilities to fill in online order forms and then blame them for your poor business operations? Why would any product that somebody paid hard-earned money for leave your warehouse without a full and proper address? Even if this customer botched your form—which I’m confident is not the case, as this customer happens to be an Internet professional who codes for the web for hours upon hours per day—your website’s code should have indicated that something was maligned. If not, as the company TAKING PAYMENT, it should be your responsibility to confirm a mailing address. Quite simply, no company should ever send inventory ANYWHERE without a full address. This is totally unacceptable and reveals much about the lack of proper operational procedure at filmnight.com fulfillment center(s).
That you have further insulted your customer by blaming him for your company’s inability to process an order correctly—and without any measure of correction—is most unfortunate, because the bad publicity your company has received through your conduct has cost filmnight.com’s reputation far greater than simply remedying what was an inexpensive problem. Bad press travels far quicker than a package of DVDs."

Dear Mr Grant
It is a good idea to increase the amount of space available for receiving new emails by regularly clearing out both the Sent Items and Deleted Items folders within webmail.
RegardsChris Colgan.
They now say. That the Order conformation Email, which get sent out when you make an order went into my email account and that email had my delivery address on it. If I checked that email I would have seen that there was a mistake with the address.
I never got the Order Confirmation Email. and that is why I never contacted them for 3 weeks, because I never now there was a problem
They are taken the piss. right.

To further insult your clientel only serves to inflame the situation.
It is suggested that you take stock and perform a "damage limitation exercise" post haste.

It should be clear that this matter is not beneficial to your company and its reputation, indeed the detriment you are suffering increases exponentially with every refusal to address this professionally.

Additionally, I would like to point out that with the gift of modern science, it is now quite possible to have your collective heads removed from your collective arses without too much major damage.

The below insinuated that they did mail you but got a bounce back from MAILER_DAEMON or what ever; get them to send you the bounce back mail to you as proof they sent it in the first place... maybe... perhaps not.
