hell yes do i know that 45° is oh so out of date, i'm working an a corporate project and need to add banners over the corners of pics. these banners are 45° and so is the text. so what's your problem with it. want to make sure that the text displays crisp and clear at a small size.

45° is bad for you, mhmkay? Pixelfonts.. they have been DEAD for over a year, haven't you heard?!
- johndiggity0
i give...
think of what a pixel looks like.
now, think of what a 45º line looks like.
now realize that there never can be a 45º pixel font because of the nature of said pixel.

The only way you'll be able to do what you're looking to do is angle your text and turn off the anti aliasing. It'll look shit. You'll have to make your own 45 degree font.

i don't think you can make a 45º pixel typeface. have you seen a 45º pixel line? usually it's more or less 45º, never exact. i say pick regular typeface and angle that, keep the aa on. and yeah that work is tight. good luck.

will go for a custom made typeface at 45°.
impossible is nothing !

you will need a rhombus shaped pixel monitor I reckon.
