Subject is a lawyer site.
They had their logo revamped just last week and want their site to match the new identity. So it's lots of green and 'Times New Roman' to be used.
I can avoid the Times but the green really bugs me (only works on a white background).
This is what I came up with so far. Your thoughts please.

looks classy. only thing is that text at the bottom should line up with your menus at the top.

how much did they pay for their new logo?

Nice and Clean. White backgrounds are best for professional sites. Text is best read on white bg.
I agree with Warheros, though.
Bottom text throws the pages weight off some.I hope you did not do the logo. A little stale eh?

yeah the logo needs some work.
if you didnt do it, ask if you can make one. if you did, try something else.
it doesnt say "classy" or "lawyer-y"
ya diggy dig?

Thanks, you got a point with that bottomtext. I'll check that.
Concerning the logo. it's a bit of a problem, I agree. They paid big bucks for it to get it done at a 'professional firm'. I guess it's been quite expensive and they 'like' it alot. 'like' as in (we paid alot for it so it has to be good) .
The logo is the reason they came to me because it already ate most of the budget and they couldn't afford anymore money to spent on the site. In a way that makes the logo ok again. Can be weird sometimes.

I think the site is much classier then the logo.... that logo is sooooo stale.... I mean week old bread sitting in the sun stale. Amazing what people will pay for when someone "credible" tells them it's good. sheesh.
Do you have any idea how much they paid for the logo?
- mennik0
They didn't tell me the exact amount but believe me it wasn't very cheap.

The type for the left vertical nav needs to be different (simpler) than the upper horizontal nav

yeah, work on the iste is good.. especially like how you connect subpages with lines..
the logo is dull and meaningless, but you know, these sort of clients are always the same.. "yeah, our logo was done by this wellknown large company where all these marketing people work who all drive big BMW's...sooo i am sure they know how to make a great logo!"...
*vomit
fuck that!

Exactly dutchboy. also funny to see how they became all itchy when i mentioned the state of their current logo. Like...' what are you gonna tell us....", funny.
Anyhow, back to the site.
ewo, wich page are you talking about? Maybe making the navigation on top a few points bigger will solve this.
