Not sure if anyone in the Toronto area attended the meeting at the Toronto Type club on tuesday, but Logo/Type/Lettering designer Doyald Young spoke and gave out a free copy of his newest book, "The Art Of The Letter"
The book is great and features some wonderful printing and this guys knowledge of type and letterforms is amazing.
If your not familiar with him I would recommend checking out one of his 3 books (the newest I imagine will be available on his site soon).
