What is the difference between the different methods of resampling? On the web, I just get it explained in math terms.
I assume each has it's particular use, but...
When is it better to use Bicubic?
When is it better to use Bilinear?
When is it better to use Nearest Neighbor?

Oh...
I thought you were talking more math.
Funny, on further inspection.

Bicubic is the 'finest', best quality when resampling downward.
When upsizing an image, some say Billinear achieves a less blurry result.

Ah. Thank you.
I mostly resize down and try to stay away from upsizing because of pixelation.
I had to resize a psd earlier and just realized that in all the years of using PS I had no idea what the resampling was about.
