how can i produce an effect in buttons while I move out the button area...?
i mean look here:

do I have to add a new state in the button symbol or...?

it prolly is a transparent button which controls the movieclips which are below it.

forget button symbols.
Use mcs instead.
mc.onRollover = function()
{
mc.gotoAndPlay(frame);
}

movie clips are better than buttons use this
make a movie clip with your desired animation, do not place any stop comand etc inside the movie clip
on the mc itself paste this code
onClipEvent (enterFrame) {
if (this.hitTest(_root._xmouse, _root._ymouse, true)) {
this.nextFrame();
} else {
this.prevFrame();
}
}
on (release) {
"button style actions here";
}

why use the code on the mc??
goes against centralised code.
also no need for a hitTest.
onRollOver and onRollOut are more than sufficient.*the horses mouth hath spoken.
