Anyone know of a free online raster to vector conversion tool?
I was using autotrace online but it's no longer there. I have used little proggies before but I have no install priveleges for these computers.
I need to show a co-worker how to make clipart scaleable so I figure this would be the simplest route.
If need, I will just trace it into vector, but this is not easy to teach a newbie.

teach a newb to fish and he can feed himself for a lifetime... or whatever the saying is.
Show him how to do it correctly, and it will pay off in the long run. 10 more minutes now, and you won't have to show him the right way 2 weeks later.
