Apart from WorldPay and Netbanx... can anyone recommend a good multi-currency payment processing solution? (UK based business)

paypal??
they take credit cards now.. and you don't even have to have an account with them to buy from a paypal activated store..

PayPal isnt really 'serious' enough (unless they have an unbranded solution)...we're currently using Verisign PayFlow Link but moving company from USA to UK, so looking for solution that will interface with a UK bank.

This is just for subscription/membership payments... no shopping carts or anything....

actually.. you can brand your own payment page according to your look and feel in much the same way as WorldPay does...

I've used protx there not bad
http://www.protx.commac : )

protx.com no setup fee, no monthly 'hire' charge, if you do under 1000 transactions a quarter its a flat rate of £20 per month, or £10 per transaction (cheaper than switch) they do multicurrency and have 4 API's to make integration easy.

protx looks good... looks like well sorted admin interfaces, and seems like it's more flexible than the others... but doesnt do AMEX?

£10 per transaction? Isn't that expensive?
- mirola0
what, so if you don't get 1000 transactions a month you get charged a tenner per transactions instead of 10p. so if you get 999 transactions in a month you would owe then £9,990 instead of £100 for 1000 transactions?

what mirola said. WHAT!
- ribit0
I think that was typo... All I've seen for protx is £20 flat, if you are on the under-1000 plan
- ribit0
... and 'corporate plan' customers pay 10p per transaction
- mirola0
in that case it's a pretty incredible deal.

agreed - I'm definately gonna check this out for my site, we are using eBay at the moment! o_0

although you'll still have to pay a percentage of each transaction to your acquiring bank.
