How do i copy the text from the itunes library or playlists into regular a text format without all the bollocks?
Ie: copy a playlist from itunes straight to email (just the track names and artists)

As long as you have 4.6, it's just file, export song list. you can then save it as a .txt file.

yeah but then you get all this:
Name Artist Composer Album Grouping Genre Size Time Disc Number Disc Count Track Number Track Count Year Date Modified Date Added Bit Rate Sample Rate Volume Adjustment Kind Equalizer Comments Play Count Last Played My Rating Location
Elevator Hopper Kid Koala Some Of My Best Friends Are Dj Hip-Hop 2282277 95 2003 20/5/04 11:42 20/5/04 11:42 192 44100 MPEG audio file JUICE CREW 7 10/7/04 18:21 80 Ext. HD:iTunes Music:Kid Koala:Some Of My Best Friends Are Dj:Elevator Hopper 1.mp3it won't format it correctly..
any advice or do I have to sit and type out the playlists?

You can import the text file into Excel then delete all the columns you dont need.

you can print the playlist and they have different ways to format the text, choose the one you want and print to file insted of to the printer.
