    i just gave notice to the company i've worked 5 years for. my boss is basically avoiding my questions about freelance/consulting and instead trying to have me plan out the fall/winter projects and events coming up.

    i know people recommend the Graphic Artists Guild Handbook, but does this deal with positions like project management/sponsorships? i'm moving out to LA from NY to make it all the more time sensitive that i figure out a proposal asap. thanks in advance for any advice..
