costing for online fashion site

  Hi there- a couple of friends of mine have just opened a boutique in London and are wanting a flash site for international sales and enquiries. Thing is i've never done a working online shopfront before and i'm wondereing:

  1. how much to charge (bearing in mind that they're friends- but also that i badly need money)

  2. whether to try and build the shop interface/backend in flash or use an online sales company template (does anyone know of any good ones)

  3. Whether i need to look around for a good hosting package or whether to just use easily.co.uk like i normally do
